Overview of ASC Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Author Kick-Off Call. (Including Skydiving Checklist).
- Sending bi-weekly “Check-In” texts (alongside Basecamp reminders).
- Lead author’s Pre-Launch call. (Sending “Launch Checklist” and “Preferred Partners” afterward.
- Lead Author Launch Call.
In other words, we believe the ASC role is great because it’s a relatively small time commitment for you! We are asking you to lead three calls: 1) Kick-Off Call (90 minutes), 2) Pre-Launch Call (30 Minutes), and 3) Author Launch Call (45 Minutes). In addition to a minimum of ~six group text messages during their writing process.
